The item was ordered however subsequently canceled thanks to Amazon having 2 totally different item names, once I known as to complain they offered to ship my item next day air for complimentary (i had originally selected 2nd day air). They did not ship it next day air and that i still received the item a pair of days later, another time I known as Amazon to complain and every one they did was supply me a 5 dollar credit that may well be applied to any future amazon purchase...lame. The item finally arrived and whaddya know-it's missing the pack-it cubes that were speculated to go along with it. I solely noticed it as a result of the directions that came with the item kept pertaining to a pack-it system and showed footage of one thing that wasn't with the bags. once pertaining to this item page and looking out at the item image the caption clearly says ""luggage comes with pack-it system"", except mind did not. another time I contacted Amazon and that they informed me that they may not send me the pack-it cubes which my solely possibility was to just accept a $38 credit or to come back the item, since my trip is next week and that i would like this item I took the credit.
